Jim was a great colleague and personal friend, particularly during our days together at UWSP. Donna and I offer our sincere condolences to Janet and the family - you're in our prayers at this difficult time.

Janet and Kevin and Connor - Jim was the Director of Residence Life at USC when I was a graduate hall director in the Master's program. He was wonderful. I enjoyed babysitting for you all. My deepest condolences.

Dear Janet and Family,
I was very sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. He was a dear colleague and a man of great integrity. It was a pleasure to work with him during my time at Marquette and I will remember him and our conversations about Kiawah and SC with great fondness.
He took great pride in his work and was always concerned for students’ health, safety, and well-being. He had the respect of so many faculty and staff across the university for his dedication and intellect.
Please know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Jim was so very proud of his sons and he dearly loved all of you so much. He will be missed by do many.

Janet, please accept Joleen’s and my condolences. Jim epitomized what it means to be a ‘good guy.’ He is one of the best professional student affairs educators I was fortunate to learn from. Our prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Janet: please know our thoughts and prayers are with you and family. You two have always had a special place in our hearts! We regretably lost track after career moves, but have fond memories of many, many fun times together. Jim had a huge impact on many and will be missed. Love Pam and Mark
