Slater, Marcia Ann Bushell

Of Mequon Born on July 18, 1962, entered into eternal life on August 27, 2008 at the age of 46 years. Loving wife of Richard B. Slater, beloved mother of Haley Shea  and Samuel James, precious daughter of James Joseph and Mary Jo (nee Mantoan) Bushell. Beloved sister of Camille Marie (James H. Neely) and Alison Lourdes Bushell. Most precious and loving granddaughter of Alice V. and the late Bruno Mantoan and the late Lourdes (nee Shea) and Earl Bushell. Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. 

 

The mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Friday, August 29 at LUMEN CHRISTI CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2700 West Mequon Road, corner North Range Line Road in Mequon (please meet at church) followed by a time of sharing with the family at the funeral home from 11:45 AM – 2 PM. In lieu of flowers donations in Marcia’s name may be sent to the Robert Lurie Cancer Center of Northwestern University; 303 East Chicago Avenue; Chicago IL 60613

 

 Marcia's greatest joy in life was her family and children. She was a graduate of MATC in landscape horticulture. A nature lover and acomplished landscape designer, Marcia touched many lives through her creation of beautiful flower gardens. Marcia also worked with the City of Mequon for land development.
