Frinzi, Romeo Jacob

Of Greenfield. Born to Eternal Life August 2, 2008 at the age of 82 years with his family at his side. Beloved husband of Mamie (nee Accetta). Cherished father of Joseph (Sandy) Frinzi, Ann Marie (Richard) Edwards, Sandra Frinzi and Carl (Pam) Frinzi. Dear brother of Norma Angeli. Preceded in death by his brothers Dominic, Joseph and Gino Frinzi. Loving grandfather of Julie, Nicholas, Myron, Sara, Kristina, Angela, Joey and the late Michael. Great-grandfather of Carter, Cloe, Brady, Cora, Parker and Ella. Also survived by other loving family and dear and special friends.

Visitation Thursday, August 7 at the Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:00 AM at ST. ALPHONSUS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5960 W. Loomis Rd. Please meet at church for mass. Procession to Holy Cross Cemetery for the committal service and burial to follow.

Romeo was born in Milwaukee on April 13, 1926 to the late Giuseppe and Anna Frinzi. After graduating high school he enlisted in the United States Navy Construction Batallion Maintenance Unit 615. Following his discharge, he was employed at the Joseph Schlitz/Strohs Brewing Company, retiring at the Winston-Salem, North Carolina plant after 37 years. He was a proud member of the Italian Community Center and the Veteran's of Foreign Wars.
