My heart aches for all of you. Jake was such a nice kid and I'm sure he was a fine young man. I know he was loved and cherished by both Linda and Jim and he will be forever missed.
I'm unable to be with you physically. However, my constant thoughts and prayers are with each and everyone of you. Jake's passing is an immeasurable loss for his family, friends and all those who had yet to meet him.
Jake is not gone,he lives on in all of the people that loved him, called him friend and most of all those who called him son. Jake will live on through the scholarship fund that has been created and I'm sure in numerous other ways you've yet to realize.

Linda, Jim, Lisa, I cannot put into any words anything that would ease your heart break that has come your way this week. My heartfelt condolences to all the family and friend of Jake. In times like these, I read Psalm 23 and Psalm 27. They are short chapters in the Bible but they have given me much peace. May the Lord grant you mercy and peace during the tragic time.
