My sincere sympathy. I had the pleasure of enjoying Mel's smile, wit and humor for many years at Monreal's restaurant. What a joyous day the wedding was!! My prayers go out to Karen and family.

Mel was my big brother for many years. What I will remember most about him is that he always wanted to give you a hand if you were in need. Thanks Mel, for alway being kind to me and for always calling me Joysie Joy. I know you'll be up in heaven playing euchre with your boys and grandma and grandpa.

My prayers and thoughts are with you all at your time of need. I was honored to spend some time with Lori, her Dad and Karen. For this reason I know how much Mel will be missed by everyone. I also know he is in a better place with the loved ones that have gone before him.

Those we love don't go away they walk beside us everyday. Unseen, unheard, but always near. So loved, so missed, so very dear. Dad, you will always be my big teddy bear and my shoulder to lean on.
