My deepest sympathy to Kristi and Brett and their families. How fortunate I was to know Jo and work with her for the last few years of my career in MPS. She was the consummate professional and the most loving and caring person...salt of the earth. When I retired, she stayed beyond the end of the day to help me finish packing. She looked up and said, "What about your clock?" I said I thought I'd leave it behind. Knowing that I had hip surgery scheduled in 2 weeks, Jo got up on my desk chair and onto the desk and reached up and got the clock. "THERE!" She then proceeded to move me out to the car, gave me a hug and wished me well as she didn't want me to leave alone on my last day at work. I will never forget her many words and acts of kindness and support,

Jo was a friend and colleague who made everyone feel special! She cared for friends, offering advice and a listening ear when needed. I will always cherish my memories of her - a special person to those she touched through her friendship and love. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends as we will all miss her! May God bless her family and help them understand His will as they deal with her loss.

I was saddened to hear of Joanne's death. She was always nice to sit next to in the St. Matthias choir. Her lovely voice will be welcomed in heaven I'm sure.
