My condolences to all of Arthur's family and friends. He was a wonderful man whom I knew through the Laadt family (Jack is my brother-in-law). He was a wonderful tour guide in the Virgin Islands on a snorkeling outing. We swam for at least 1 hour and he gave me an underwater tour which I shall never forget!
