Dr. Krugler was my advisor while I was a history undergraduate at Marquette University. His passion for public history and the public history program at Marquette is the reason I went on to get my Masters of Library and Information Studies and currently work as an archivist at DePaul. I owe my entire career to Dr. Krugler, and I know many others do as well. I am sorry to hear of his passing, my thoughts are with his friends and family.

Dee,
I was so sorry to hear of John’s death. I remember him as a warm and pleasant man. I hope you have support around you during this difficult time.
We live in Key Largo during the winter and at our lake house in northern WI during the summer. We visit Milwaukee at least once a year to visit friends.
My thoughts are with you,
Lauren
