Mr. Locke was a wonderful man and has given me more kindness than I can say. He gave me so much love & opportunity that I would not be the person who I am today. He will always have a place in my heart. My love to Mrs. Locke and their children who will also have a place in my heart. Love Dawn.

My deepest condolences to all the family. Jim was always a straight shooter. I enjoyed talking with him over the years. I remember being little and going with my grandpa and grandma out to the farm. He always had a amazing story to tell. And he was a brown bag lunch guy. My dad and I have been talking memories for a few days . Sad to see you go Jim. You will be missed. Tell Grandpa and Grandma hello in heaven.

we are so sorry to hear about Jimmy‘s passing Jimmy always had time for me when I came to visit his office or call. I believe he lived his life to the fullest. hopefully all the kids have time to gather together and help Sue in her time of need.
