Elaine V. Wedell
February 29, 1928 - February 4, 2026
Mrs. Wedell was my aunt through her husband, Maynard Wedell. Although I saw “Aunt Elaine“only a handful of times over the years those times were always delightful. She had a magical air about her, ALWAYS smiling and finding humor in life. She was goodness personified and, as I have said to her children, I believe she was an angel on earth. Though I never had the opportunity to spend very much time in her presence I will always remember what a wonderful woman she was. She will be sorely missed but fondly remembered by all ho were privileged enough to know her.

Elaine will be missed by her family, friends, and relatives. She always had a smile for those she meet and spoke with.

Dear Mom, you were the absolute best mom any child could have. The unconditional love, care and support you provided me and the entire family will be cherished forever. I love you mom. God bless you and may you be welcomed home to heaven by our Lord Jesus Christ.

To all the family ,
My thoughts and prayers are with you all as you mourn the loss of such an incredible woman. I have fond memories of visiting with Elaine when she spent time here in the cottages on Sunset Lake. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother and I know how much you will all miss her. I can’t be with you in person but I will be in spirit.
Love and prayers,
Barbara
