My sincere condolences to the entire family of James Marr especially his daughter Jill Guiterrez and Mario on the loss of your father/father-in-law.
Jill, I remember your dad as being helpful to those who sought his assistance. I remember running into your dad over the years but never knew him personally. Your dad was very respected by his co-workers and was a valuable asset to the Police Dept. and the community, he served.
I’m glad to have known him over the years while at MPD and he will be missed by all who knew him.
I know that the Marr family may have heavy hearts right now since his passing but may all the members of your family Jill comfort each other now and into the future.
Your dad Jim is on a new journey and as he rises up into the heavens to be with family members and friends that have gone before him. He will be accepted with open arms by them once he reaches his destination after a long life well lived.
