Hearing of Toby's passing was very sad news for me personally. Toby was an insurance and financial icon. He was instrumental in helping me when I was struggling with a startup business. His insurance and financial advice was some of the most sound advice I have ever received. You will be missed good friend. I don't know if anyone could ever replace the knowledge you had. God Speed.

NEIGHBORHOOD FASHION PLATE.
I had known Paula and Toby since high school and also lived a few blocks from them. On my way home from work at the Medical College, I'd often see Toby cutting their front lawn. The joy of that experience was his attire: he wore dress pants, a white dress shirt with collar opened, sleeves rolled up, Paula's apron tied around his ample waist and a large cigar hanging from his mouth. One of my favorite summer sights.
