I am very saddened to learn of the passing of Bill. He was a wonderful neighbor and friend. He had a great smile and sense of humor and knew how to have fun. He was a great part of what truly was a very special time with wonderful friends and neighbors of West Thurston Ave, on Milwaukee's NW side.
