Fr. Thomas Brundage
October 15, 1962 - January 15, 2021
It is with saddened hearts and heartfelt condolences that we have just learned of the passing of Father Tom. We were grateful and Blessed to have Father Tom marry my husband and I at St. Jerome's Catholic Church on April 27, 2019. This was our second marriage as my husband and I were both widowed after very lengthy marriages. We became members of St Jerome's after I moved from Milwaukee to marry my husband and we truly felt at ease with the church and Father Tom. We spoke of our families as did Father Tom. My husband and Father Tom attended the same high school, however, we are older. We found Father Tom to be a most humble, kind and gentle man with an extraordinary background. We were Blessed to meet him if only for a short time of knowing him. May God Bless him, his family and everyone whose lives he touched.

Gratefully and most sincerely,

Tom and Marie Janik

I was deeply saddened to learn of Fr Tom's death. I knew Fr Tom when he was at Holy Family Cudahy. He lived there while he was attending school. He also helped out at mass. I worked with him on various committees as well. He was a very compassionate in everything he did.

He will be deeply missed. May Fr Tom rest in God's holy peace!

Fr. Tom was pastor at SS Peter and Paul Parish when my children were at Catholic East, which was our parish school. He gave our daughter Hannah her First Communion and he was a great cheerleader for Catholic East. I remember when he was sent to Alaska while at SSPP and him not so excited about it, but when he returned he had great stories to tell in his homilies! I wasn't surprised when he took a position there at a pastor. I will always remember him for his humbleness and his passion for justice. The Church has lost a great person and priest. Rest in Peace, Father Tom.

May God’s peace console Fr. Tom’s family & loved ones.
I join with so many others shocked & saddened by his death.
I met him when he helped with masses at St. Sylvester (now Divine Mercy) in South Milwaukee.
He impressed me as a young man with an old soul, steeped in wisdom beyond his years and saturated with love for and faith in the Lord.
He put a lot of Life in his years!
May we be thankful for encountering him uniquely on our journey, and may we rejoice through our tears that he is indeed at Home, and at Peace.
Rest In Peace, Fr. Tom

I am sorry for your loss. This wonderful man fulfilled his mission in this world as a priest and a Canon lawyer. You should be so proud of him. He gave much of himself to everyone that he met. It is an honor to have known him.

Sincere condolences to all who have known Fr Tom. He was a blessing to our small church in Glennallen Ak and to all in Ak that we’re touched by his words and his ambition for the work of God. Fr Tom presided at my mother’s funeral and administered last rites to her. I feel blessed to have been one of many who’s faith was strengthened by his having walked this earth. My deepest sympathy to his family and to all the families he became a part of. We thank God for his ministry and will remember him . Rest in Peace

We were saddened to learn of the death of Father Tom. We met him while attending St. Andrew's church in Eagle River, AK. We loved his reverence when saying the Mass and his adoration of the Eucharist was inspiring. Having lost our only child (he was 45 years old$ we feel the pain his family is now experiencing. We offer our deepest condolences to his family and friends. We will continue to pray for all of you. Everyone loved him. He was compassionate, kind, loving and represented everything you need and want your priest to be. May he rest in peace enjoying the glory of God.
