Kubiayk, George W.Born into Eternal Life on Sept. 18, 2016. Age 88 years. Loving husband of Carmella (nee Gagliano) for 60 years. He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Lawrence and John, and his 6 sisters, Phyllis, Daisy, Ramona, Lorraine, Janet and Joan. He is further survived by his sisters-in-law, Frances Treu, Elizabeth Tanski and Mary Kubiayk, his brother-in-law, Jerome Tanski, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Tues. Sept. 27 at 12 Noon at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, N74 W13604 Appleton Ave., Menomonee Falls. Visitation at the Church from 11 AM until the time of Mass. Inurnment will follow Mass at Holy Cross Cemetery, Milwaukee. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Church are appreciated.
