(nee Dvorak) Of Hubertus. Born to Eternal Life June 24, 2016. Age 77. Beloved wife of 51 years to Ronald. Loving mother of Sherry (Pat) Heagney, Randall (Kelly) and Sandra Schlee. Proud grandma of Thomas, Kayla, Sienna and Carson. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 1:00PM until time of Funeral Service at 3:00PM. Interment following, Sunnyside Cemetery.
