Bejna, Claudia A. (nee Lepak) Born to Eternal Life April 14, 2015. Age 77. Beloved wife of 54 years to Norman. Loving mother of Terry (Chris), Jeff (Shelley) and Jim (Amy). Proud grandma of Ryan, Nicole, Brett, Morgan, Jacob, Lizzy, Maggie, Katelyn, Ava and Tommy. Preceded in death by parents Edwin and Tillie and brother, Myron.  Further survived by siblings Reg (MaryAnn), Maynard (Virginia), Sr. Bernadine, Ralph (Phyllis), Tom (Carol), Gary (Teri) Lepak, and Linda (Larry) Woyak.  She was a dear sister-in-law to Donna (Harry) Leverson.  Additionally, Claudia was further survived by other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. .

Visitation on Friday April 17, 2015 at St. Boniface Catholic Church (W204 N11940 Goldendale Rd. Germantown) on Friday April 17 from 10:00AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00PM (noon).
