Of Wauwatosa. Passed away peacefully in the arms of the Lord on Thursday, November 26, 2009 at the age of 82 years. Beloved wife for 34 years of the late Melvin J. Kappel. Loving mother of William (Mary Anne Kopacz) Kappel, Reverend Kenneth (Dawn) Kappel and Cynthia Kappel. Cherished grandmother of Adam, Kimberly (Mark) Brandt, Jonathan, Sherri (Mark) Zeley, Kristen Holzbauer and 7 great-grandchildren. Special and close friend of Jeanette Tschantz. Dear sister of Mavis (Donald) Bruseth. Further survived by Patricia Kappel, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services Monday, November 30, at 6:30 PM at GLORIA DEI-BETHESDA EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 9420 W. Capitol Dr. Visitation at the CHURCH from 4:00 PM until time of services. Interment Tuesday at 10:00 AM at Wisconsin Memorial Park (Meet in the red parking area.)
