So sorry to hear that Gene has passed. He was a great person to work with, and always had a great attitude, and loved to pass his knowledge to anyone willing to listen. My condolences to the family.

Our dear Lord has his reasons which we will never understand. Bob and I are praying for all of you. Keep him close in your heart and see him in your dreams.

Hello Aunt Jackie, Lee & Anita, Arlene & Chris,

I’m so very sad to hear my Cousin Gene has passed away. He is too young and fun to leave this earth. All I can think is that God recruited him to help with computers and phone systems in the Heaven.com network. I got to know Gene most of all at the re-unions and I always remember him as a “quiet wizard” that loved to share his gift for technology and innovation with everyone. He has that Trouteaud / Lightfoot great mindset for invention and rescue with complex situations that others abandon.

This is a sad day as I reflect on my memories of Gene and our families over the years.

Sympathy, prayers and love to all,

Steve and Linda, Andrew, Alex and Kirsten

So saddened by this news. Gene was one of the most pleasant people I've ever had the opportunity to work with. My condolences to family and loved ones.
