Met his Lord and Savior on July 22, 2016 at the age of 68 years. Beloved husband of Mary Ann (Nee Suess). Devoted father of Charles IV, Leslie (Dave) Van Doren, Jessica (Ben) Blascoe, Mara (Brent) Hopkins, Lori (Mauricio) Kurtyka Rojas. Loving grandfather of Emma, Norah, Adele, Dustin, Dyllan, Blake, Ben and Matteo. Further survived by other relatives and friends and his best 4-legged friend, Bailey.

Visitation on Friday, July 29 at Heritage Baptist Church, W51 N776 Keup Rd., Cedarburg, WI from 3:00 PM until time of Memorial Service at 7:00 PM.

Chuck was an American Family Insurance Agent for over 25 years.
