To all of Irene's family:
My prayers and thoughts are with you. I am so sorry for your loss of such a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Our Risen Lord and the Easter Faith He gives us helps us in our grief to have hope. I considered it a great blessing to know Irene. I considered myself blessed to live with her in this skilled-care unit at St. Camillus. Seeing her made living in this challenging situation so much easier. She always had a kind word for me and we often exchanged kind words with each other. We were prayer partners and I am so truly blessed to have known her. She was, and is, and extraordinary person.
