Joshua J. Michek

June 14, 2016. Age 28 years. Loving husband of Michelle (nee Byle). Son of David and Debbie Michek. Brother of Stacy (Aaron) and Teri (Jason). Son-in-law of Fritz and Karen Byle. Brother-in-law of Christopher. Uncle of Benjamin and Everett. Further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his grandparents: Dorothy and Gene Luczywko, and Frank and Linnea Michek. Josh will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

He had a true passion for life and everything he did whether it be at work; his music and band Ceteri, spending time with his wife Michelle, and family or fishing. Josh was a true Wisconsinite, loyal to all of our hometown sports teams; especially the Brewers, Packers, Bucks, Admirals and Badgers. Josh truly touched the lives of many during  the past 28 years; always with a smile on his face, a hug to give, a listening ear or words of encouragement. We are all better people for knowing him. He tried to look at the positive in any situation and know that there is something good that can come from something that is bad. Keep sharing the memories and Josh will live on in all of our hearts.

Visitation will be held Friday June 24, 2016 at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home in Menomonee Falls from 11:00 a.m until Sharing of Memories at 1:30 p.m. Interment Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery, 13235 W. Capitol Dr. Please meet at 3 p.m in the Red parking lot.
