(nee Jensen) Known to most as “Mama Kirst” and even to a few as the “Queen Mum”. Passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 17th, 2016 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Carlton Kirst. Loving mother of the late Suzanne and Gregory (Kristie) Kirst. Cherished grandmother of Gregory and Olivia. She is further survived by brother-in-law Robert F (Jane) Kirst, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Donna was a devout Catholic and parishioner of Lumen Christi in Mequon since 1973. She was a beautiful and loving person, full of joy that brought happiness and smiles to all that knew her. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.

The family will receive friends at Lumen Christi Catholic Church, 2700 W. Mequon Rd., corner Rangeline Rd., in Mequon, on Thursday, June 23rd from 10:00 AM until celebration of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
