Margaret received a lifetime license from the Conservatory of Music and Dramatic Art, a graduate of Gale Junior College and attended St. Olaf and Carroll Colleges to further her education. She was always concerned about the welfare of children and taught kindergarten and was a Day Care Coordinator for United Migrant Opportunity Services. She became a social worker for Day Care Services for Children until her retirement. Always having a passion for acting became associated with Schoolhouse Players and enjoyed many years of performing in plays. She was also a charter member volunteer for 50 years at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. Vibrant and sharp to the end was often asked the secret to her longevity and she was quick to respond: her faith, family and sense of humor.

The family wishes to thank the entire staff at AngelsGrace, ProHealth Home Care and Dr. Catherine Way for their compassionate care.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her honor to The Women’s Center 505 N. East Ave, Waukesha or AngelsGrace Hospice at N74 W35098 Servants Way, Oconomomwoc.
