Passed away peacefully on August 18, 2015 at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late Robert Charles. Loving mother of Linda (Tom) Schmidt and the late Martin (Sue) Perkins. Adored nana of Alison Schmidt, Amy Rosenberg, Lindsay (Luke) Spielman, Robert Charles II (Natalie) Perkins and Scott Martin Perkins. Dearest great-nana of Ava, Kaden and Avery. Carolyn will be greatly missed by many other relatives and friends.  

A Visitation will be held on Monday August 24, 2015, at FIRST CONGEGATIONAL CHURCH, 231 Roberts Drive Mukwonago, from 5 PM until the time of Services at 6 PM. Burial will take place on Tuesday August 25, 2015, at OAK KNOLL CEMETERY MUKWONAGO, at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to First Congregational Church of Mukwonago are greatly appreciated.
