“Bought the farm” on July 27, 2015 at the age of 87. Much loved husband of Grace (nee Wojtkowski) for 67 years. ­­Respected Dad of Sue (Mark) Lyday, Mary (Chip) Larson and John (Tracy Scott) Stetter. Actively involved Grandpa of Jacob and Andrew Larson. Preceded in death by parents, John and Geraldine Stetter and dear sister, Niobe Hackney. Also survived by many caring relatives and friends.

Jack proudly served in the U S Marine Corps. He retired after 40 years in the telecommunications industry. After retirement, Jack maintained an active role in the St Vincent de Paul Society. He enjoyed his time spent at Pine Lake in Rhinelander. He had a good time golfing and meeting his cronies for breakfast. Jack always enjoyed a friendly wager.

Visitation will take place on Sat. Aug 8, from 10 AM until time of Memorial Mass at 12 Noon at ST THERESE PARISH, 9525 W. Bluemound Rd. In lieu of flowers Memorials are appreciated to St Vincent de Paul directed to the Overseas Disaster Fund or to the Charity of your choice. Jack says, “Give Plenty.”
