(nee Stortz) Born to Eternal Life on Friday, June 26, 2015 at the age of 65 years. Loving godmother and aunt of Cathy (Jeff) Bonaparte and Dawn (Trent) Griffin. Cherished sister of Joe (Rosemary) Stortz and the late Ron (Pauline) Stortz. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and her four legged companion Sasha. Preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Katherine.

Visitation on Thursday, July 2 at the FUNERAL HOME from 4PM until time of Funeral Service at 6:30PM.  The family would like to give a special thank you to Horizon Home Care & Hospice for their kind and compassionate care of Annie.
