Grossman, Richard P. “Duke” of Mequon, WI, died May 25, 2015  age 81 in Milwaukee.   

Survived by wife of 58 years, Merilyn, Son Geoffrey (Caryn), Daughter Julia Brennan (John), son Douglas (Janet), Daughter Lynn Lindsey (Don) and son Peter (Azure), 20 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Born May 9, 1934, in Milwaukee,  the youngest son of Leroy Whitney and Dorothy Nickerson Grossman.  Survived by older brothers Dr. Thomas (Edith) and Leroy Jr (Marcia).   

Graduate of Milwaukee Country Day School and University of Wisconsin.  Successful entrepreneur as Owner and CEO of Kromer Cap Co. for 25+ years.  Active in local church and community,  primarily as church planter of Redeemer Ev. Lutheran in Cedarburg and longtime member of Board at Brookfield Academy. His love for Jesus was sure, his devotion to his bride was unwavering, his quiver was full, his devotion to family and his selflessness and generosity were unmatched.   His love of his country was immense...his shoes are too big to fill. We love you!   

Services Monday June 1 at 2:00PM at Calvary Lutheran Church, 247 S Main St, Thiensville, WI 53092. In lieu of flowers, memorials to  Brookfield Academy 3215 N Brookfield Rd, Brookfield, WI  53045 or Calvary Lutheran Church 247 S Main St, Thiensville, WI  53092 appreciated.
