Dear Sue, Tim and Peter,
Our hearts go out to you at this loss of Don, Brother to me and Jim and Uncle to Jim and Drew. We are all going to miss him terribly as you are, but will treasure all the shared memories we have over all these years. May God bless you always. Love, Sally

~ Sally Fraser, Rochester, MI

Don was a good family man and a good colleague. I got a sense of how lucky he was when I met Sue and their family today.

So sorry to hear of Don's passing. I loved working with him on the Journal's national desk. He loved talking about his son Timmy, and ordering pad thai for dinner when working a weekend shift at the paper. Don was laid back, yet hysterically funny and a great newsman. We all will miss him.

~ Sue Pierman, WI

Dear Sue, there are no words to express my sorrow at your loss. May the love of family and friends and your precious memories sustain you. Praying for you, Tim and Peter and all those that loved Don.

~ Kathi Zarwell , Brookfield , WI

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
And rain fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

To Don, a life well done.

We all miss you. - Bob C.
