Heitkemper, John E. “Jack” 

Passed away on Monday, May 18, 2015 at the age of 56 years.Loving father of Curtis, Mitchell (Samantha) and Graci. Cherished grandfather of Colton. Beloved son of John H. and Patricia (nee Plotka). Dear brother of Diana VanCorbach, Marianne (Chester) Harvey, Kristine James, and Julie (Anthony) Rossi. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. 

Visitation on Saturday May 30, 2015 at the FUNERAL HOME from 12:30pm until time of Memorial Service at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jack’s name to the Knights of Columbus or charity of your choice.
