Passed away peacefully on May 16, 2015 at the age of 78. Dearest dad of Carl, Curt, Craig, Chris and Cliff. Proud grandpa of eight and great-grandpa of nine. Herb will be greatly missed by many other relatives and friends.

Graveside Services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday May 27, 2015 at Oak Knoll Cemetery in Mukwonago.
