Long-time resident of Mequon and later Adell.   Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, April 13, 2015.   Age 90.  Beloved wife for 65 years of the late Willard H. "Bill" Ames.  Loving mother of Joyce (Mark) Schubert.  Proud grandmother of Jess (Deanne), Cory (Teresa) and Sara Schubert.  Great-grandmother of Aaron, Austin, Samuel and Tyler.  Dear sister of Albert (Joann) Pichler.   Dear sister-in-law of Joan and Betty Ames and Marge Pichler.  Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Lena Pichler; her brother, Eddie; and her sister, Marie Bolle.

Visitation Sunday, April 19 from 2:00pm until time of Service at 5:00pm at the Funeral Home.  Private Interment Graceland Cemetery, Milwaukee.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Shriners Hospital for Children appreciated.

Dorothy was a member of the Order of Eastern Star since 1978, the General Leader of the Mezaukee 4H Club and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Military Order of the Purple Heart.
