Passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at the age of 86. He is survived by his loving wife Betty (nee Haase) of 57 years. Father of Mark E. (Kimberly) Wittnebel. Grandfather of Pierce Alexander Artem Wittnebel. Elmer is preceded in death by his brothers Lester and Donald and his parents George and Edna (nee Kuenzi). Further survived by other friends. 

Visitation will be held from 11 AM until the time of Memorial Service at 12 PM NOON on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Matthew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church are appreciated.
