Soltman, Arthur Edward

Born in Monroe, MI. Entered Eternal Life on Jan. 24, 2015. Age 92 years. Loving husband of the late Arlean (nee Scholl). Beloved father of Jean (Gary) Hahlbeck and proud grandfather of Michael (Tamara) Hahlbeck. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Arthur served in WWII in the US Army Air Corps from Nov. 1942 till Oct. of 1945. He was stationed in Bury-St. Edmonds England with the 8th Air Force-333 Squadron. After the war, he maintained contact with his fellow Air Force Unit members by attending the 94th Bomb Group Association's conventions and reunions throughout the US and England. He worked at Consolidated Paper Company for 37 years and La-Z-Boy Chair Company for 8 years until he retired in April of 1986. Private Services will be held.
