December 15, 2014 at the age of 89.  Loving husband of Mary (nee Pankratz) for 66 years.  Devoted father of Lynn Edgar, Thomas (Gail), Susan Franke and Scott (Dawn).  Caring grandpa of Joe, Zeb, Shae, Sara, Ryan, Seth and Michelle.  Great grandpa of Nicole and Jessica.  Dear brother of Carol Thiel.  Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at the Funeral Home from 10:30 AM until the time of Funeral Service at 12 Noon.  Private burial in Manitowoc, WI. In lieu of flowers, memorials to The Alzheimer’s Association appreciated. 

Art served in the US Army during WWII and was a POW.  He graduated from Marquette University in 1950.  He worked for M&I Bank for 38 years and was president of the M&I Bank in Greenfield from 1974-1988.  Art enjoyed traveling with his wife, was an avid golfer and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
