Entered into Eternal Life on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, at the age of 65 years. Beloved husband of Lynn (nee Albert). Loving father of Timothy (Emilia Ceja) and Tricia. Dear brother of Evelyn (Robert) Faehling, the late Thomas (June Zingale) Jankowski, Janet Fitch, Roger (Jan) Jankowski, Kathleen (Peter) Kizewski and Allan (Patti) Pawlicki. Mike was preceded in death by his parents Ervin and Margaret Jankowski. He is further survived by his children’s mother Mary Ellen McCormack-Mervis, many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Monday, October 27 from 4 PM until 6:45 PM with Prayer Services beginning at 7 PM. A second visitation will be held at ST MONICA’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5601 N. Santa Monica Blvd, in Whitefish Bay on Tuesday from 10 AM until 10:45 AM with the Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11 AM. Memorials in Mike’s name may be directed to a charity of your choice.

After 33 years of service Mike retired from the Milwaukee Police Department in 2001.
