Passed away unexpectedly on Oct. 19, 2014. Age 56 years. Loving wife of Tom for 13 years. Loving mom of Charles "Chas" (Elizabeth), Christopher and Mark (April) Madsen. Proud grandma of Jameson and Aubriella. Dear sister of William (Laura) Clark and Juanita Desimone. Further survived by many friends and other relatives. Visitation will be Sunday Oct. 26 at the Funeral Home from 1 PM until 4 PM.
