Owens, John H.

Of East Troy, was born into eternal life on April 18, 2014 at the age of 81.  He is the loving husband of Patricia (nee Mackie) of 59 years.  Loving father of Kathleen (Jeff) Dellemann, David (Denise) Owens, and Kristine (Mike) Levinson.  Proud grandfather of Laura, Matthew (Elizabeth), Alyssa, Eric, and Jeffery (Charlene).  Cherished great-grandfather of Archer, Graham, Everett, and Audrianna.

John served his country with the US Navy in the submarines, and then with the US Air Force.  He was a member of the American Legion Post 375 and the E.A.A.  He loved airplanes and flying was his passion.  John owned Owens DARR Communication and was the editor of the TORCH magazine.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (1936 Emery St. East Troy) from 10:00 AM until the time of Service at 12:00 NOON at the church.  Private burial will be held at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery in Union Grove.
