Peneau, Betty L. (nee Knopp)Passed away on April 11, 2014 at the age of 83 and rejoined her first and only love, her husband Robert. Loving mother of Kathleen Peneau, Suzette (Wayne) Kempen, Jennifer (Alan) Wycklendt and the late Anthony Peneau. Grandma of Brett (Kris) Allen. Sister of Elaine (Joe) Mayer and Gladys Hamilton. Preceded in death by her 5 sisters; Violet, Ruby, Laverne, Opal and Pearl, and her brother Carl. 

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the caregivers and staff at Silverado Senior Living, especially Barb, Crystal, Rita and Doretha; and Season’s Hospice, especially to Ronda and Chaplain Sue, for the kindness, caring and support. 

Mama was our heart and best friend. She was sweet, kind and loving. She loved music so much; singing and dancing always. We know now she is still doing this in Heaven.  

Private burial will be held at Graceland Cemetery.
