Bohacek, Allen M. of Germantown, entered Eternal Life on Friday, April 11, 2014 at the age of 64 years. Loving husband of Dawn (nee Ziemer) for 39 years. Beloved father of Jason (Amanda), Kenneth (Jamie), Eric, and Sheri. Proud grandfather of Kayla, Alex, and Logan. Cherished son of Dorothy (late Joseph) Bohacek. Dear brother of Joseph (Patricia), Diane (James), and Betty (Michael). Further survived by his extended Harley Family, other relatives, and friends.  

Allen worked at Harley-Davidson for 41 loyal years.  

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at the funeral home from 4 PM until time of Funeral Service at 6 PM.  Special thanks to nurses Lori and Kathy, and the Aurora VNA Home Hospice Staff for all the care and concern shown to Allen.
