Emma Bolser
August 29, 1937 - February 27, 2012
        

(nee Spies) Entered into Eternal Life on Monday, February 27, 2012, at the age of 74 years. Emma was born in Pirmasens, Germany on August 29, 1937, the loving daughter of Franz Wilhelm and Friederike (nee Hochlaender) Spies. She was the beloved wife of the late Gerald L. Bolser. The loving mother of Linda Angela (Christopher) Bolser Gilmore, Kenneth Michael (Gail) Bolser and Patricia Lynn (Andrew) Confer. Proud Oma of Michael James and Sarah Kathryn Bolser and Brittany Nicole and Ryan Andrew Confer. Dear sister of Willi (the late Hildegard), Karl (the late Luise), Kurt (Traudel), Klaus (the late Kaethi) and Hermann (Luise) Spies and Peter Brinkmann. Emma was preceded in death by her parents; her son, David John Bolser and her sisters, Paula (the late Kurt) Neumann and Helena (the late Rudi) Weinberger. She was also preceded in death by four infant siblings, Ingeborg, Gerlinde, Willi and Friederike Spies. Emma is further survived by her daughter-in-law Lisa (Mark) Swan and many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends in Germany and the United States. 

The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday, March 1, from 5 PM until the time of Prayer Services at 7 PM and again on Friday, March 2, at ST. JAMES CATHOLIC CHURCH, 830 County Road NN, East in Mukwonago from 10 AM until 10:45 AM with the Celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Oak Knoll Cemetery in Mukwonago. Memorials in Emma’s name may be directed to St. James Parish or the Mukwonago Library. 

Emma’s greatest joys and loves were her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, oma and sister. She touched the hearts of everyone she met, always everyone’s loving “Oma”
