Dale was a man of many and deep interests. He trained himself in electronics and antenna design as a ham radio and TV operator, then programming at the dawn of the PC era, and more recently, internet technologies.

Always an animal lover, Dale became devoted to the Boxer breed, promoting proper care and feeding. He became an administrator of the internet-based Boxer Mailing List along with his good friend Maryann Watkins of Phoenix, and published his own website featuring photographs and cartoons of his Boxers and those of other enthusiasts.

Friends and family are invited to gather at the Ulmer home on Sunday, January 8 between 2pm and 5pm to share memories and comfort one another during this difficult time. Please call the funeral home for details.
