Dearest Will,
Greg and I were so honored to meet you and Marian last summer at the kid's wedding. We definitely know where Emily got her sweet spirit from. Obviously her grandmother and mother. What a precious woman with a heart of gold Marian was. It was so easy to see that in her. The one thing about someone like Marian passing away is that you KNOW you will be reunited with her some glorious day that Christ already knows about. Greg and I love this scripture. Paul knew he was going to die and he penned this. It is beautiful and I think fitting for a time like this.

II Timothy 4:6-8. For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure has come. I have FOUGHT THE GOOD FIGHT, I HAVE FINISHED THE RACE, I HAVE KEPT THE FAITH. Henceforth, there is laid up for me the CROWN of righteousness, which the Lord the righteous judge, will award to me on that day, and not only to me, but also to all who have loved his appearing.

If that verse doesn't comfort you, nothing will. Marian has received her crown Will. You will receive yours as well one day. Rest assured by these wonderful words.

I wish we could make it to WI for her service. I know it will be a beautiful time to reflect on her life and all she meant to you and your precious family. We still sure be thinking of you and praying for you throughout the day. Blessed be the name of the Lord.
