I just became aware of Karl’s passing. Karl and I were golfing buddies while seniors at Mckeesport High School in 1960. I’m so happy to know that Karl went into the clergy. He always said he would. I was always invious that Karl drove his father’s car a 1957 Chevrolet. Karl was a good friend.

Dear Dottie, family, brothers & sisters in Christ,
We grieve with you while at the same time knowing he is absent from the body, present with the Lord. May the knowledge of that hope be a sustaining comfort to you in these days along with the comfort of friends and the many memories and stories that will be brought to mind as you greet those who mourn and yet rejoice with you. He awaits the promised reunion with all who profess faith in Jesus Christ, may He be made much of in these days. May the silent nights of the Christmas season renew hope and sustaining faith in you. You have been and will be in our prayers.

~ Scott & Beth Propp, Suamico , WI

Dorothy and Family,

Please accept my sincere condolence on the passing of Karl.

I will miss the short visits we had when he had his vehicle serviced.

What a great person.

God Bless You All.

I'm so saddened by Karl's passing as all of his friends and congregants are. Karl had a big heart and strong faith. I know he is with his Lord and find comfort in the knowledge that Karl is with the host above always with us and watching over us. Blessings to you, Dottie, and the entire family with all my love.

~ Midge Croysdale , Mequon, WI

Dear Dottie and family, I am sorry for your loss. Karl's spirit was so strong and sustaining. I believe with all my heart that God will sustain you with a lifetime of memories and accompanied by friends and family will see you through the days ahead. I believe further that at in His time, you and Karl will once again join hands. I will never forget the times we spent together all those years ago in the church retreats we shared through Spiritual Resources Commission. Through those experiences, Karl's spirit enabled many to to see their value as children of God. The Peace of Christ be on your heart!

Poem for Those We’ve Left Behind
by Leslie R. Shultz, Jr.
Time passes,
The landscape changes.
People come and go,
And I am left with memories.
I see people,
Their smiles, their tears.
Hear their laughter and their crying,
Sounds of life and activities of the past.
I see myself,
Not all the smallest details;
But the broad strokes of living,
And I know that we are all a part of one another.
Memories fill the mind,
Of people and events,
The things we shared,
And I am satisfied to have learned from them.
