Found peace on September 21, 2016 at the age of 81. Husband and best friend of Sheila. Loving dad of Shari (Bryan) Preuss and Danny (Judy). Grandpa and Pop Pop of Caleb, Zoe, Lea, Christa, John and Allison. Survived by special cousin Donald Knuth, other relatives and friends.

Eugene was a retiree of GE Hotpoint and part-time resident of Post Lake. He was a member of Bethany Calvary United Methodist Church.

Visitation Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at the FUNERAL HOME from 4PM until time of the Memorial Service at 7PM. Private burial at Valhalla Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Juvenile Diabetes, American Heart Association or charity of your choice are appreciated. Cancer sucks.
