Richard A. Lacy III age 79. Passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2008, after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Sally, of 28 years. Loving father of Richard "Rick" IV, Margaret (Dwain) Andrews, Charles O., William F. Proud "Popi" of Blair (Cory) Meadows. Brother of Ann K. Lacy and Mary Wright. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 19 at 12 noon AT THE FUNERAL HOME, with full military honors to follow. There will be a time of gathering at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of services at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his memory.
