Pete joined the Schmidt & Bartelt team as afuneral assistant
in 2008. He is retired from the Waukesha Sheriff’s Department with 30 years of service, but wanted to continue serving families in their time of need. Pete is known for his work on behalf of police officers killed in the line of duty and was instrumental in getting the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Memorial built on capitol grounds to honor them.
